Last updated: 10 July 2026 Welcome to PickkerMarket, an online marketplace operated by Clanert Sustain Company Limited ("PickkerMarket", "we", "us", "our") that connects customers with independent pickers who purchase and deliver fresh produce from local markets, shops, and warehouses. By creating an account or using PickkerMarket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. 1. Who can use PickkerMarket You must be able to form a legally binding contract to create an account. Pickers must provide accurate identity, vehicle/truck, and location information, and business (B2B) customers must provide accurate business details. 2. Accounts You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Picker accounts are subject to admin review and approval before they become visible to customers. We may suspend or permanently remove an account that violates these terms, provides false information, or is used fraudulently. 3. How orders work Customers select products, a delivery date and time (or Quick Delivery for same-day service at an additional fee), and either an individual picker (personal orders) or a truck type (business/bulk orders). A picker is then assigned to shop for and deliver the order. Prices, delivery fees, and picking fees are shown before you confirm an order. 4. Payment PickkerMarket does not process card or mobile-money payments directly inside the app. Payment is made via the mobile money (Lipa Namba) details shown at checkout, and you confirm payment by sending proof (a screenshot of your payment) via WhatsApp to the number provided. Your order is confirmed once our team verifies your payment. Please keep your own payment receipt until your order is delivered. 5. Delivery Delivery windows are estimates based on the picker's location, traffic, and route conditions, and are not guaranteed to the minute. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery location and being reasonably available to receive your order. 6. Pricing and fees Product prices, delivery fees (based on distance and, for Quick Delivery, a surcharge), and picking fees (based on order weight) are calculated automatically and shown before checkout. Market prices may change over time based on real recorded data; we do not manually inflate or deflate prices. 7. Cancellations and refunds Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Once a picker has already purchased items on your behalf, a refund may not be possible for those items. Refunds for payments made in error or for undelivered orders will be handled case by case — contact us at the details below. 8. Picker conduct Pickers must accurately represent items purchased, handle produce with care, follow the delivery route/schedule, and communicate honestly with customers and admin. Pickers found to have misrepresented deliveries, mishandled payments, or acted fraudulently may be suspended or permanently removed, and any pending payouts may be withheld pending investigation. 9. Prohibited conduct You may not use PickkerMarket to: provide false information; interfere with the security or normal operation of the platform; harass other users or pickers; attempt to circumvent fees; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. 10. Intellectual property / ownership The PickkerMarket name, logo, app design, and underlying software are the property of Clanert Sustain Company Limited and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. Content you submit (such as reviews, ratings, or messages) remains yours, but you grant us a licence to use it to operate and improve the service. 11. Limitation of liability PickkerMarket connects customers with independent pickers but is not itself the seller of produce. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, produce quality issues, or picker conduct, though we will always work in good faith to resolve genuine problems raised through our Contact page. 12. Changes to these terms We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example as we add new features or as regulations change. If we make a material change, you will be asked to review and accept the updated terms the next time you log in. Continuing to use PickkerMarket after accepting an update means you agree to the new terms. 13. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. 14.
